Shipping & In-Store Pickup Policy
When Will My Order Ship?
- Business Hours: Our hours of operation are Sunday from 11 AM - 3 PM, Saturday from 10 AM - 5 PM and Monday - Friday from 10:30 AM - 6 PM (Central Time).
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon CST on Friday will typically ship the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
- Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons, please expect a potential delay. Processing times may extend to 5-7 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at mobile@apricotlaneusa.com or call (251) 725-0844.
Note: We are not liable for packages once they have left our possession and has been delivered to our shipping carriers. Please monitor your tracking information closely.
In-Store Pickup
- Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email notification. Most in-store pickups are processed quickly, but in some cases, we may need to special order an item, which could extend the pickup time. We will notify you if there’s any delay.

Overnight Shipping
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will ship on Monday (excluding holidays).
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
- We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available for these addresses.
International Shipping
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Gift Cards
- Unfortunately, gift cards purchased in-store cannot be used online.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. For easy tracking, we recommend creating an account with us to view your order history and tracking updates.
Changing Your Shipping Address
- If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately during business hours at (251) 725-0844 or email us at mobile@apricotlaneusa.com. Once your order is packaged, we cannot make changes. If you're using PayPal, please ensure your shipping address is up-to-date before placing your order.
